連続フロー反応器における不均一系触媒水素化反応の技術的展望
This review article surveys recent advances in heterogeneous catalytic hydrogenation conducted under continuous-flow conditions using molecular hydrogen. Microreactor technology and flow processing are highlighted as approaches that improve both the economic efficiency and environmental profile of organic synthesis. The gas-liquid-solid triphasic reaction environment inherent to flow hydrogenation confers distinct advantages over conventional batch methods. The article systematically covers available flow hydrogenation techniques, reactor configurations, frequently employed catalysts, and representative laboratory-scale synthetic applications.
Molecular hydrogen contacts heterogeneous solid catalysts within a gas-liquid-solid triphasic continuous-flow environment, enabling more efficient hydrogenation compared to batch processing due to enhanced mass transfer at phase interfaces.
The delivery route is not clearly identifiable from this paper. For hydrogen intake, inhalation is the most efficient route; inhalation, however, carries explosion risk (empirical LFL of 10%; high-concentration devices are not recommended).
