1-[(4-ブロモフェニル)(モルホリン-4-イル)メチル]ナフタレン-2-オールの結晶構造解析
The crystal structure of C21H20BrNO2, synthesized via condensation of 4-bromobenzaldehyde, 2-naphthol, and morpholine, was determined. An intramolecular O-H···N hydrogen bond closes a six-membered ring, stabilizing the molecular conformation. The dihedral angle between the naphthalene ring system and the benzene ring measures 76.72(8)°. Intermolecular packing features include short O-H···O contacts of 2.59 Å between centrosymmetrically related molecules, as well as C-H···O interactions that generate an R2(2)(14) hydrogen-bond motif.
The delivery route is not clearly identifiable from this paper. For hydrogen intake, inhalation is the most efficient route; inhalation, however, carries explosion risk (empirical LFL of 10%; high-concentration devices are not recommended).
